Tell us the date and the approximate location and time the vehicle first became stationary.

Upload the data from the vehicles GPS system to match the date, time and location of the vehicle as well as the duration the vehicle was stationary.

Enter your bank details.

Submit the claim.
WHAT WE WILL DO
- We will check that the Registration Number is on the system and that vehicle is covered
- We will check that the road* was closed for more than 2 hours by The Police or Highways Agency
- We will check that the data from the vehicle matches the data we hold for that road closure
- We will then send you the money or ask for further information
